Seller note:

This seaworthy 36ft. beauty was built to cruise, but can be and has been used as a movable home on the water. The cruiser is sectioned into a number of areas:
* a porch-like fully screened aft-deck (about 10ft. x 10ft.);
* a high-ceiling mahogany and teak wheel room;
* a galley with hot and cold water, electric stove top and microwave oven;
* a head with manual toilet and a vanity with sink;
* a salon with a sofa (pull-out bed) and round table with bench that seats four; and
* a V-berth that sleeps two comfortably and provides additional storage space.
A GPS plotter, a UHF radio, a TV with built-in CD/DVD player and other such details contribute to safe cruising and pleasant evenings.
The sturdy aluminium hull was built by A.V. Roe of AVRO Arrow fame, using the custom Kaiser aluminium and aircraft construction techniques used in building the Arrow. The wooden superstructure was built by Richardson boat works in Tonawanda, N.Y. The boat?s greatest strength in this age of high energy prices are the two General Motors reliable and very economical diesel engines.
Specs can be made available to potential buyers and the boat can be seen in Rideau Ferry Harbour marina, about 10 km south of Perth, on the Big Rideau lake.
The cruiser comes with a Boatex 800 sailing dinghy. Kids (small and big) love it. The dinghy offers a stable ride with its 4 foot 6 inch beam. Whether it is being rowed in rough seas, powered by a small outboard or under sail, its performance is sure to please.
Sailing at the cottage: Complete with mast, sail, centreboard and rudder.
All in good condition.
Boatex 800 is a sailing, rowing or motor dinghy.
Length: 8 ft. 3 in. / 2.50 m
Beam: 4 ft. 6 in. / 1.37 m
Could be a car topper.
